Campaign Templates and Funnel Visualization: EW AdTarget New Release

Updates to our campaign manager make managing marketing campaigns even easier. We’re sharing key features we developed in response to customer requests that simplify the work of marketers and CVM specialists.

The key updates in EW AdTarget enhance the handling of user responses, provide direct access to statistics, and optimize campaign launches. Let’s delve into each update in detail.

EW AdTarget is a campaign manager that enables the automation of audience segmentation, campaign launches, and reporting.

Campaign Funnel Statistics Display

Task

Before the update, campaign statistics were only accessible via separate dashboards. This slowed down the analysis of campaign performance, as it required time to switch between different menu sections.
 

Solution

Now, funnel statistics can be viewed directly on the interactive campaign visualization panel. Information is displayed only for active, paused, and completed campaigns. Each block shows quantitative data for every activity, such as how many clients followed each scenario. This allows for quick and easy analysis of campaign performance.


The visualization panel shows the number of unique users and the total number of branch transitions, as well as the number of successful and unsuccessful actions, such as SMS delivery

Campaign Templates

Task

Previously, EW AdTarget users could work only with offer templates linked to the product catalog and content templates for various channels. However, the process of creating a campaign itself remained labor-intensive and required manual configuration of each parameter, which could lead to errors, particularly among new employees.
 

Solution

Campaign templates allow CVM specialists to quickly set up campaigns based on pre-configured workflows. These templates enable customization of various parameters, such as target audience, communication texts, real-time verification settings, and more. They streamline the campaign creation process by minimizing routine tasks, reducing the risk of errors, and speeding up the onboarding of new employees.

Processing User Responses

Task

When conducting NPS surveys, clients sometimes respond differently than the options provided. For instance, instead of rating 5, they might say, Of course, 5++. Instead of 1, they might write, Very poor service, I give it a 1. Previously, the system did not recognize such free-form responses, even though they could contain valuable data for improving customer service and retention.
Additionally, without processing user responses, promoting digital services became challenging. For example, a subscriber would receive an SMS with a personalized promo code for activating a discounted tariff plan. To use this promo code, they needed to reply with it, but the system did not recognize such combinations.
 

Solution

EW AdTarget now includes the ability to parse free-form user responses in NPS surveys. For example, if a client mentions the number 5 in any context, the system automatically directs them to the appropriate campaign branch. Additionally, you can set up the transmission of free-form responses to the analytics system, enabling analysis of customer experience based on the collected data.
Thanks to this update, it is also possible to request the client’s unique promo code for a specific service. This allows for the promotion of private products that are activated only when the sent and received promo codes match perfectly.


Filters can be flexibly configured in the sidebar. Available logical operations include: is set / is not set, equals / does not equal, contains / does not contain, and is within range


Editable Profile Parameter Names

Task

Before the update, the Eastwind team and the client coordinated and established segmentation parameter names during the installation of EW AdTarget. After the solution was launched, users could not modify them — this slowed down campaign creation and audience segmentation.
 

Solution

Now, users can independently assign names to parameters that will be displayed in the interface, and they can also change their grouping. There is also an access control setting that allows restricting which employees can edit parameters.


Now the table displays not only technical but also user-friendly parameter names to improve interaction with the system

 

What Else is New in the EW AdTarget Release

The new version of EW AdTarget includes other features that enhance user experience. For instance, a CVM specialist can independently align blocks in the campaign flow and filter campaigns based on the use of real-time checks. 
Also, previously it was impossible to view the data transmission speed for a specific communication channel. Now we’ve added this capability to the channel creation and editing menu for user convenience.
