MegaFon Life enhances financial module

MegaFon Life mobile application deployed on the digital platform EW Polyphone includes four modules: GSM messenger, financial service, personal account, and chat bot. A key upgrade under the project was adding bank cards to expand the payment functionality.

The head of Eastwind’s sales department Artyom Kirishchev talks about the prerequisites for the long-awaited innovation: “ATMs in Tajikistan are in a very short supply. And those are concentrated in Dushanbe. Card payments through MegaFon Life app – the option offered by the national payment system Corti Milli – has popularized non-cash payment in the country.

Along with Internet banking, MegaFon Life now features personal identification allowing subscribers to increase the daily limit on transfers, a bot explorer for the functionality of your personal account, payment history and expenditure details for any calendar period.

What is more, the improved mobile financial service is now available not only for MegaFon subscribers, but also for owners of SIM cards of other operators who register with Life by phone number.

Thanks to continuous modernization, the popularity of MegaFon Life is growing by the day – and so does the number of subscribers in proportion to the activity within the application. Ahead is a fourfold increase in productivity, to implement the plans for 2020.
