Kcell Chooses Eastwind

The Kazakh operator Kcell has announced the results of its tender to supply the Mobility Marketing Platform. The winner is Eastwind.
In spring 2014, Kcell announced the tendering procedure for the implementation of the Mobility Marketing Platform in its network. The operator needed a state-of-the-art solution to allow development of its mobile advertising service, a new trend of the mobile telecoms business. According to the tender requirements, the solution must include a powerful analytic functionality to study the behaviors and needs of subscribers, and efficient tools to run advertising campaigns based of the data of such analysis.
Eastwind bid included the integrated complex platform for mobile advertising EW AdTarget and the system to analyze social activity of subscribers EW Social Analytics. The Eastwind solution was found complying fully with the tender criteria and having a number of significant advantages in terms of supplying time and conditions. This allowed Eastwind to make it first to the short list and then, in November, to win the final stage of the tender.
The vendor and the customer are now planning the implementation of the mobile advertising platform and its further development aiming at higher efficiencies of Kcell business.
