Our billing system has acquired a compliance certificate. The document means that the software complies with all the technical requirements of the RF Ministry of Telecommunications, and is capable of covering up to 25 million subscribers.
 
Russia requires that all automated billing systems be certified. The certification is performed by organizations authorized by the Ministry and the Federal Telecommunications Agency. A vendor cannot bid for billing system supply contracts with the Russian operators unless certified. Eastwind received its certificate from the Competency Center for Infocommunications Networks. The document describes the system use conditions and services to be covered.
