EW Call Register

 

EastWind Call Register is designed as an independent software and hardware complex to enable an operator to provide the classic subscriber service – subscriber notification of missed calls and video calls when the phone is busy, turned off, out of coverage or when the subscriber does not answer the call for a long time.

 

EastWind Call Register allows an operator to provide the following subscriber services:

  • Missed call notification. When the called phone is busy, the called party unavailable or does not answer – the call is redirected to a dedicated number, and logged in the system’s database. Based on that record, the system generates and sends to the called party an SMS notification on the missed call.
  • Notifying a caller who has attempted to reach a contact that the called party is now available. After an unsuccessful call the system logs the call attempt and, as soon as the called party is available generates an SMS to the caller saying that the wanted contact is available now.
  • SMS answerphone. If a called party is offline, all callers trying to reach that user are sent a subscriber-defined SMS. The latter may contain not only service info, but also any information defined by the user for his/her contacts.

EW Number Change Notification

 

The service deployed based on the solution will address the needs of subscribers changing their telephone numbers. With EastWind Number Change Notification, an operator can inform subscribers on calls coming to their old numbers, as well as inform callers via voice or SMS channels that a subscriber has switched to a new number (preferences are supported).

 

EW Mobile Contact

 

Realizing how important it is to ensure safe and secure storage of a subscriber phone directory, EastWind offers telecoms operators the EastWind Mobile Contact solution. In the core of the system lies the integration of the cell phone and Web server functionalities. The service allows subscribers to create a copy of their phone directory on the operator’s server, and enables safe storage and convenient management of the data. Subscribers can also use optional phone directory-related services such as ‘who called’, ‘ring back tone’, ‘callback’, ‘white/black lists’, ‘Web-to-SMS’, etc. The integration with an operator’s OSS will provide subscribers with access to their service use details and statistics for their phone directory contacts, information about the operator’s rating plans, and other customer care services.

 

EW Multimedia Ring Back Tone

 

The service enables replacing regular ringback sounds with individual video fragments. It can be a song, recorded message, video, static picture, or a picture with background audio.
Adding the supplementary Celebratory Ring Back Tone module will enable an operator’s subscribers to replace the usual ringback for audio or video extracts during or prior to holidays, without the need to activate the RBT service.

 

EW DigiTel

 

A solution designed to provide voice/fax mail services. The system functions as a sophisticated multi-channel answering machine with an extended functionality to record, store and play back voice messages, and notify subscribers of incoming messages.

 

EW Voice SMS

 

EastWind Voice SMS will enhance the spectrum of an operator’s voice and SMS based services. A service based on the solution enables a caller to record voice messages for called parties. The addressee will receive an SMS with a one-key link to the recorded message. An additional function - Voice Time Capsule – will enable an operator to offer another attractive option to users: a message can be sent not immediately but in a period of time defined by the subscriber (the time clock principle).

 

EW Call Guard

 

The solution enables GSM/UMTS subscribers to build “white” and “black” lists to screen in and outbound calls from and to certain numbers. Subscribers can also control outgoing local, long-distance and international calls to the numbers from a pre-defined list, and set flexible rules for incoming calls processing.
