EW Billing System (EW BiS)

EW Roaming Support & Fraud Detection Platform (EW RSFD)

 

A full-fledged system to support a full complex of roaming services for GSM/UMTS mobile operators.


System capabilities:

  • Processing various types of roaming files
  • Generating the full circle of financial documents necessary for roaming settlements
  • Generating various reports
  • Providing fraud control, and more.

The solution can be supplied in three configurations:

  • Configuration allowing automation of roaming-related business processes, TAP file exchange and fraud control;
  • Configuration enabling automation of the NRTRDE process and fraud control;
  • Integrated option to support roaming billing and settlements between operators, TAP file exchange, fraud control and NRTRDE process.

EW Mediation Platform

 

The system allows an operator to collect and process subscriber services data from different kinds of switching equipment (mobile or fixed-line telephone switches, authorization and authentication servers, intelligent platforms, data traffic routers, etc.) and forward it to the billing system.


The solution will enable an operator to:

  • Handle various types of data
  • Convert files of different formats
  • Aggregate, convert, standardize and update data, and export it to external systems.

EW Data Expert

 

A Business Intelligence solution (analytics & reporting system) designed to analyze multiple indicators in the business operations of a Telco enterprise, reveal trends and patterns, as well as create and generate various statistical and up-to-the-minute reports. The system includes two interdependent modules – Analytics and Reporting.
The Analytics module handles the functions of data collection from various sources and their unified representation. The Reporting module handles the functions of generating complex reports, their export to various document formats (i.e., Excel, PDF, XML, HTML, and RTF), automatic schedule-based or event-based launch of report generation procedures, storing and browsing earlier created reports, maintaining report history.

 

EW Device Controller

A provisioning system designed for interoperation between the switching equipment of an operator and his billing system, prepaid platform and other systems. The system automatically receives, processes, and transfers control commands to the operator’s switching equipment in real time.

 

EW Document Delivery

 

EastWind Document Delivery allows an operator to automate generation and delivery to partners of reports and financial documents in electronic and paper form, and interface with postal and courier services.


EastWind Document Delivery will provide an operator with a toolkit to:

  • Print and deliver documents from the billing system and external information systems
  • Set handling procedures for generated document packages (batch processing)
  • Generate the document delivery queue
  • Work with commercial printers and SMTP agents, and distribute the load on those
  • Interface with postal and courier services.

EW Contact Center

 

EastWind Contact Center is a platform to roll out contact centers. It is a single solution comprising the functionalities such as ACD (Active Call Distribution), IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and Outbound Capability, which allows flexible adjustement of the system to successfully address the 3 types of tasks:


1) Automatic call processing via IVR;
2) Agent-assisted call handling;
3) Ring-round campaigns with or without agents involved.


Based at the EastWind Contact Center solution, an operator can roll out a call center with 15 to 500 agent workstations, or an IVR system with a capacity of 30 to 1 000 concurrent calls. EWCC can be connected to the Customer’s telephone network over SS7, Euro-ISDN or SIP.
